  Thank you so much for taking the time to visit JCs Girls of San Diego. My name is Theresa Brown, and I used to be in the Adult Entertainment Industry. Along with the fast money and fast lifestyle came many trials and hardships. The longer I stayed in, the more I found myself slipping away. Then, I hit rock-bottom. That’s when I realized that I needed something or someone to rescue me. Out of sheer desperation, loneliness and emptiness, I called out to God. God was so faithful! While positive things did start to happen in my life, getting out of the business wasn’t immediate. I found myself bankrupt, depressed, confused, and broken. But with faith and God’s grace, not only did I make it out of the business, God allowed me to use my past experiences to help women who may now be in the same circumstance.   Theresa and I met in May of 2006 at a women's retreat with The Rock Church in San Diego. After she shared her testimony about coming out of the industry and how God had transformed her life, I could not wait to meet her. I shared with her that Jesus gave me a huge heart for women in the sex industry for the past several years and she expressed her desire to bring JC's Girls to San Diego. After receiving approval, Theresa and I brought JC's Girls to The Rock Church in San Diego August 2006.
